AIT Mesh Expert Solution ist ein Produkt zur Messung von Kunststoff- und Drahtgeflechten. Der Instrumentenmesskopf hat ein Sichtfeld von ca. 2 x 1,7mm² bzw. 7 x 6mm² und erzielt eine Auflösung von 1µm bzw. 3,5µm.
Die Messungen erfolgen anhand verschiedener Normen wie z.B. ISO-3310-1 oder eigener Toleranzvorgaben. Hierbei werden Schuss und Kette der Maschenöffnung sowie des Gewebes vermessen.

- Mittels eines Spiegels erfolgt die Messung im Durchlicht

- 10m langes Kabel ermöglicht die manuelle Stichproben-Prüfung der Geflechte flexibel direkt an der Produktionslinie
- Helligkeit sowie Fokuswerte sind flexibel einstellbar. Helligkeit automatisch feinjustiert.
AIT MeshExpert Solution - simple measurement of meshes using a hand-held measuring device in the micrometer range
AIT Mesh Expert Solution is a product for measuring plastic and wire meshes. The instrument measuring head has a field of view of approx. 2 x 1.7mm² or 7 x 6mm² and achieves a resolution of 1µm or 3.5µm.
The measurements are carried out according to various standards such as ISO-3310-1 or our own tolerance specifications. The weft and warp of the mesh opening and the fabric are measured.
