ZGTEK is the only one in China that solely focuses on developing and manufacturing filter bag cage welding lines. It is also the first one in China that developed automatic ring making and welding machines, the 1st in the world that developed automatic snap band riveting machines and the 1st in the world that developed fully automatic filter cage welding system.
Main products:
1. Filter cage welding machines:
1.1 DLN-24-5 Pro: very flexible model, easy to set up and operate, rings are inserted manually.
1.2 DLN-24-5 Auto: rings are inserted automatically, no worker required during welding.
1.3 DLN-24-6: it can weld top collar, bottom pan and cage body on the same machine.
1.4 DLN-16B: for oval, flat or other non-common cage designs.
2. Automatic ring making machines
2.1 R-6-300: fully automatic, ring diameter set in program, automatic ring welding.
2.2 R-6-300E: economic version, manual diameter change but automatic ring welding, with voltage stabilizer, hi-speed,1560pcs/hr (150mm), can weld stainless steel when TIG module equipped.
3. Automatic snap band making / riveting machines ABM-200-1
It can feed steel band, cut, roll and rivet automatically, very stable, diameter range 90-300mm, cycle time 7s-8s per ring.
4. Hi-speed wire straightening machine WSM2-5
No complicated rail, easy to install; hi-speed, 100m/min; easy to use, length set in program; 1 machine enough for 4 cage lines.

Automatic ring making and welding integrated machine R-6-300: with function of automatic size change, customizable welding parameters for different ring materials (SS, GI, MS wire), high speed, high precision, suits for 2-6mm wire, ring OD 70-500mm, Speed:1560pcs/hr for OD150mm rings.
